Who operates this service

Matissa Ltd, United Kingdom, develops and operates Amazon Intelligence. This policy covers the website and the application’s authorized reporting and analysis. Independent third-party seller onboarding is planned and is not currently available.

Information processed

The application processes reporting made available to authorized accounts through Amazon SP-API. This includes sales and traffic, search performance, product identifiers, inventory, FBA shipment and order-report information. Available fields depend on the source and permissions. Application authorization records and access/refresh tokens are also stored to manage access.

The website does not provide a public seller sign-up or collect seller credentials. Any future seller connection will require the applicable Amazon authorization process.

Purpose and authorized access

Reporting is used for marketplace operations, historical comparisons and operational analysis. SP-API access is limited to authorized account permissions. Application OAuth access is separate from Amazon seller consent and permits the application’s approved read functionality.

AWS hosting and protection

The application and reporting evidence are hosted on AWS Lightsail in the US West (Oregon) region. Existing controls include HTTPS, restricted host network access, protected credential files, host intrusion detection and malware monitoring. Public-facing and backend communication is restricted through a logical network boundary.

Authorized AI processing

When an authorized user connects an AI client, selected tool responses may be sent to that client and its AI provider to answer the user’s request. Current integration includes ChatGPT/OpenAI through the application’s MCP interface. This processing is subject to the user’s authorization and the provider’s applicable terms and privacy settings. The service does not claim that every AI account has identical retention or training settings.

Retention and enquiries

Historical reporting evidence and durable acquisition records are retained to support verification, recovery and comparisons. The configured historical acquisition range is not an automatic deletion deadline. Contact Matissa Ltd about access, correction, deletion or other privacy concerns; requests will be assessed against applicable obligations and technical requirements.
